InventOS, operated by Jason Gregory Dickerson (sole proprietor), wants you to be confident in your purchase.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your InventOS subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date. The guarantee applies to first-time subscription purchases.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used to purchase, or
- Email us at support@inventos.com and we'll help arrange the refund with Paddle.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you'll keep access through the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are not automatically refunded after the 30-day window, but please contact us if you believe a renewal was charged in error — we review every request in good faith.
